Workin Time 365 represents a real tool for managing working hours for Human Resources thanks to a real-time view of information.
Function to record teleworking as well as attendance times (entry/exit) during the day.
This feature is intended for companies that use timesheet management for recording hours on projects.
Setting this function sends a popup message to warn the user that the reported times have exceeded the set limit.
However, it is possible to set up timesheet blocking to block the submission of timesheets when the reported times have been exceeded.
Data management is simplified for Human Resources regarding the situation of employees.
Accelerators make it possible to justify the schedules, daily working hours and break times of each employee.
The employee has access to the status of his balance of hours and his holidays at any time, in self-service.
The employee and HR can print a periodic time tracking statement that can be validated for compliance by the employee.
